Thank you for your interest in participating in The Hollywood Show! If you would like to reserve space for our next Chicago event, please review and complete the Vendor Agreement.  

Your reservation will be considered complete once we have received:

  • A completed Vendor Agreement

  • Payment in full for your table(s) or booth

*****PLEASE NOTE ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO "HOLLYWOOD SHOW"

Forms can be mailed to the address on the forms, or emailed to gina@hollywoodshow.com
