 Please note: We are unable to offer refunds for tickets or VIP packages for the Hollywood Show events.  

We WILL refund autograph orders if a celebrity cancelled or would/did not sign an item.  

Fan run conventions like ours budget for our expenses every year based on convention preregistration.  Therefore, when you register for the convention, the funds are allocated for immediately, for things like guest expenses(air and hotel), publications, technical expenses such as lighting/sound, and other things that make our convention unique.  Refunds may make us fall short of our expectations and contracts, causing considerable financial concerns.

The Hollywood Show is not responsible for celebrity talent cancelling, postponing, or arriving late or departing early.  We ask celebrities to attend both days and stay from start to finish.  But celebrity guests may have unforseen circumstances and we will do our best to post updates to our website/social media pages as soon as the talent alert us to the changes in schedule. 

We cannot refund tickets due to celebrity guest's change in schedule, cancellations, postponements, or arriving late or leaving early.  We are not responsible for talent schedule changes and have no control over that.

We do not ship any ticket items. You can pick up your ticket orders during the show via the will call table at the front entrance. Please have your ID ready for picking up tickets at Will Call.

You can also purchase tickets at the show on the day of the event!

We support our military and law enforcement! We are happy to offer a 50% off discount entry to the show! These tickets must be purchased in person at the front desk. Please be prepared to show proper ID for the discount. Thank you for all you do!
