Thank you for your interest in participating in The Hollywood Show! If you would like to reserve space for our next event, please review and complete both the Vendor Agreement and the Burbank City Tax Application using the links below.  

Your reservation will be considered complete once we have received:

  • A completed Vendor Agreement

  • A completed Burbank City Tax Application

  • Payment in full for your table(s)

  • Payment in full for Burbank City Tax
